We stand behind the purity and quality of every research product we ship. Due to the nature of the research materials, returns are considered on a case by case basis taking into consideration the following conditions:

• Product must be unopened and in original packaging
• Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect
• Refunds issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt

Note: Due to the nature of research materials, opened vials cannot be returned or refunded.
